Amy Rose, our licensed therapist, hails from Louisiana where she received her Master of Social Work from Tulane University’s School of Social Work in New Orleans, LA in 2008. While pursuing her degree, Amy took a special interest in holistic psychology which includes the health of the entire individual as well as the family and systems from which the person is currently involved in and derives from. Amy spent a semester abroad in Dharamshala, INDIA working with Tibetan refugees in 2008, and has a love of differences in people and our interconnectedness with all beings.

She has been a licensed social worker since 2009 in Louisiana and Arizona. Amy is in the final stages of receiving her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arizona and Louisiana. Amy specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy and emphasizes the “whole client,” exploring how trauma, attachment wounds, therapy, mindfulness, self-care, nutrition, exercise, spirituality, and other factors can be brought together for successful outcomes. Amy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Theatre from Northwestern State University in 2006. She has been a licensed social worker since 2009 in Louisiana, as well as Arizona.
