I was born in Arizona, and found a passion for cooking at an early age. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, and have traveled around to different states picking up on different techniques in the culinary industry. I’ve attended multiple different colleges and eventually realized that I most enjoy cooking. I started at Rio Salado College for Substance Abuse & Addiction Disorders, then transitioned to attending Glendale Community College to study CAD Drafting & Architectural Design. Once I realized my true passion was cooking, I chose to stay in that field and began studying Nutritional Science at Gateway Community College.
I believe that healthy food can create a greater opportunity for healing. It’s like a recipe, if we reinforce our efforts to find wellness through practicing a healthy diet and routine exercise, we can create the internal environment that allows for and best supports us on our healing journey. I try to make a positive impact on our clients by taking an intuitive approach in the kitchen, focusing on healthy ingredients, and have much enjoyed hearing the positive feedback from people that are eating the meals that I have created with love.
